After completing the winter wonderland thing I was still in building mode, and totally fed up with my sky box so decided to make a new one.

I absolutly love charmingdales stuff but didnt want something so prim heavy so decided to use the fairytale moon idea and and make something similar.

Isnt it pretty? ok let me take you on a guided tour.

Though the front door we have the main room, the stairway on the left leads to the garden and the stairway on the right leads upstairs.

Lets go upstairs, to the second room, possibly a bedroom, have yet to decide.

It has been a busy few weeks SL but i have finally got all my Gift-mas decorations up in plenty of time for all the Thank giving and Gift-mas hunts!

I share 3 x 4096 plots with several friend and have taken over one to make a winter wonderland themed retreat thingy. Pictures below the cut:

I decided to go for a lilac and silver theme as red and green don't do it for me and apart from the Santa I made everything myself, and even made a few of the textures too! Yay!

I was quite difficult as places had only just started to put out their xmassy stuff so I was checking all my fave stores on a daily basis to see what was new.

This is the merry-go-round that actually goes round (nearly fell off my chair when i managed to get that to work),

and on the ferris wheel (its abit fast but all the good rides are).

Curled up ready for a sleigh ride as soon as someone takes the blue ball.

Skating ()earlier for a laugh we were all skating nudie, thankfully you cant get virtual frost

Hidden about (not very well) there are 4 outfits (Santa-ette, skating dress, fairy for the tree and a sexy gift wrapped ribbons thing). Plus a pair of high heeled skating boots and a box of assorted hats, scarves and gloves, again i made them all.

Also Santa gives out my old sculpti shoe collection (back when i had a shoe shop) and i am resetting him every day so people can go back and get others.

I am very lucky to live where I do my friends cover all the rent so it costs me nothing and this is my way of saying thanks.

Ok so had the operation it all went ok except the epidural - not that it went wrong but no one told me it paralyses you from the waisty down, I work up in recovery absolutly terrrified.

Go let out of hospital on sunday because i was doing so well and i am now at home with Claudia, Mike, Mum and the kittens. Had the stiches out on thursday no problems there - when i went to change the dressing thurs night there was a whole in my tummy that was not there before - phoed the doc - try to stop it getting bigger so my guts didnt spil all over the floor but he said it was normal and get the nurse to re dress it - it has to heal from the bottom up so the whole will stay for the forseeable future.

Kalani came over last night she is the weird one her family are Mauris who lived in Hawaii then moved to Utah to be with other Mormons, she is very psychic and did a reading last night, I was old i needed to find my Cousin - I dont have cousins - but then my mother pointed out yes i did on my fathers side (Nev she also said i needed to contact you re the moot and stuff i missed an important oppertunity to do something with you at solstice - and no not that) so i found ou7t her name where she lived as a child and a rough age - i looked on friends reunited - yes i know o dont say it - and she was there - sent an email (had to get a paid account but it was only £7.50 and i will only keep it a month)

But I now have a fully working computer, thanks Nev for the O/S and sorry I missed you all at the moot it sounded fun I really would have liked to have come but you know how life is. Anyway will have to go to the pub soon will be having quite a bit of time off from work soon.

In other news.

Been having really bad stomach cramps so went to the Drs and after having an unmentionable number of hands and instruments stuck inside me (Gynaecologists are pervs) and needles in my arm. It transpires I have an ovarian cyst (Mike has named it Cystillia The Cissy Cyst - and draw a picture of a transvestite fairy, Im sure it made sense to him).

So after 2 visits to the hospital I have to have it out and get an interesting scar! Yay! but in doing so I will loss an ovary! Boo!
But I will be off work for 6 - 8 weeks afterward! Double YAY! But will be in alot of pain! Will still be off work so yay! And my mother will be up so Boo! (she is much more distressing than pain). Shall also be in hospital for a week not sure if that is a yay or boo at this point will get back to you on that.

The kittens are totally cute Apollo feel in the bath a couple of week ago - so sweet - and Missy is just a princess.
Claudia is self harming again so have bought some false nails http://www.spuk.com/ I ordered them in black so she can still be emo.

My Birthday

My birthday is just over 1 month away and until v recently I have had no idea what to do main problems being: guest list - you always have to invite people you dont want to and there is never enough room - was thinking about an alcoholic take on a traditional children's party with vodka jelly and baileys hagen dars, but what I really like about parties is the prep.

Really wanted to do a dinner party but couldn't fir all the guest in and about half my friend are really boring and whinge when it comes to food, they think scampi is exotic!!!

And then had a great Idea - Have 2 party!!!! Will just be able to squeeze everyone in over too nights and will be able to cook dull stuff for the boring people and nice stuff for those with taste.

Have started planning the menus - this by no means is definitive but just an idea

Boring

Starter - Probably Pea and mint soup - possibly chilled? Have not decided.

No fish course instead second Starter - Yorkshire puddings and Gravy
(Yes I know it sounds strange but as a main I'm doing roast beef and as my family is from Yorkshire I have to do Yorkshire pudding, else be ostracised forever!!! The recipe I use goes back to my great grandmother as far as I have evidence and probably further than that. - Yorkshire pudding is traditionally served before the meat and veg - with really thick gravy and a green salad - and that is how I'm going to do it.)

Main - Slow Roast ribs of beef in Theakstons - roast potatoes - seasonal veg - stuffing

Dessert - Profiteroles - I am really getting better at making these - Nev the ones I did for you were acceptable - but have practised since - half will be filled with custard and a butterscotch sauce and the others with cream and a chocolate brandy sauce.

Cheese Board and Liqueur Coffee and Petit Fours

Starter - mixed shell fish - Thinking huge plate of mussels, calamari, prawns and scallops with crusty bread and every just picks at it

Fish - Crab and lime, Mackerel and fennel fish cakes with some nice yummy dips

Main - Brandy braised duck - (mushroom tarte tatin for the veggies)
Have yet to decide on the side dishes probably potatoes daphinnoise - or roasted mediterrain (sp?) veg

Well I promised an upbeat post so here it goes - have just finish all the valentines prep bar 1 ikkle thing.

have made tiny ikkle origami books about 20mm x 20mm - did 14 in total (1 for every day running up to national singles day) - in them i wrote a series of numbers which is a secret code me and mike have relating to the KJV bible (i know but have been watching prison break and we reacon that you would be able to get ur hands on a bible pretty much anywhere).

there is a time and date as well so he has to solve the puzzle and work out the clue to get an ikkle pressie and the next book - also when you put the books together it reads MY LOVE ALWAYS.

He got the first one last niight and after a minor row (bruises only no broken bones) - we are meant to use a certain book of the bible, but i wrote book 1 on the front meaning genesis, he work it out.

It said "look in the cold taste nice place" - bad english but i was stuck with what letters were avalible, In the fridge is a homemade New York Cheesecake and the second book - that code say "paris hiltons pet accesory" so he has to look there tomorrow and find a t-shirt i got him another book telling him to go to the pub saturday night - would like to get the barmaid to give him the next book - but think it might be a bit busy - will think of something

Finally managed to be the dumper instead of the dumpee this year. If I was not so pissed off at "him" I would be proud.

I just feel a fool for letting it go on as long as it did, I mean when you see someone who live a mile away 3 times in two and a half months for a total of about 6hrs hrs it is verging on riduculess.

I am glad that I was not head over heels in love this time, I really could not cope with getting my heart broken again.

Well with one thing and another Im not sorry to see the back of 2006, I have learnt alot and know where i need to go from here.

In 2007 I will learn to let go. Have come to realise that is my weakness.

Went to see Mark on Sunday, had a really lovely evening, chatted and didn't drink wine. Then sat in his hot tub for about an hour. I really love the hot tub but I always have to sit on the highest seat to stop my hair getting wet, and my boobs float, if I'm not careful they end up right under my chin.

Apart from being my favourite photographer he really is a nice guy. I have never seen the "other" side of him, have been assured it exists, but I just cant imagine it.

Stupid thngs I said throughout the course of the evening.

Claudia went to the vets again on Tuesday night and had more injections she is defiantly brighter and complaining a lot which is a good sign. The vet tried to give me antibiotics and pain killer tablet and I had to point out to her again that my honey isn’t eating or drinking so there is no way in hell I can get tablets down her. She realised her stupid mistake and gave me capsules and drops.

So now I’m mixing them in milk and syringing them directly down her throat. She hates it and I feel really bad but she has to have them. Also as she is not eating or drinking I am getting really worried last night she had kitty sludge, the only way I could get her to eat it was to smear a little on her lips so she would lick it off, And then syringing milk down her throat to wash any little bits away. It took 45 mins to get her to have 2 teaspoons. It sounds so cruel and I feel really cruel but what else can I do, she is on really strong medication has not eaten for over a week, and is barely drinking; she will be dehydrated in the very least.

Saying that she is so cute though, cos she is part Siamese she has a very angular face and she is so doped up right now. Huge glazed over eyes it’s almost manga/anima (can never tell the difference).

Ahhhhhhhhhh stoned kitties are super cute!!!!!

In other news, my IUD came out, I didn’t feel a thing but hey.

So yes had to have another put in. Last time I had real problems until it settled down and damn I’m in pain. I’m thinking now that I shouldn’t have got it replaced.

I can feel it now, it’s like the worst period pain you can think of. Oh yes nearly forgot, I get to be hormonal and emotional for the next couple of weeks, on top of the happy pills settling down.

Am considering going into quarantine for the sake of humanity, that or spending the next fortnight in bed.

The antibiotics and painkiller injections seemed to have had an effect. Claudia is a lot brighter than she was, she is still very quiet but went outside last night instead of living on my pillow 24/7.

She is not eating and barely drinking at the moment, she managed 2 tablespoons of milk and that’s it. I made up some kitty sludge (rice, turkey, gravy and milk liquidised). I even made it extra sloppy so she could lick it up but even the tiniest bit was painful for her.

I’m really worried she must be dehydrated. She has lost a lot of weight in a short space of time. OK being feed by 3 different people/homes on a daily basis meant she was starting to resemble a beach ball with a head and tail. So now she is her ideal weight, well just slightly under. It’s on par with Apollo going back to his season 2 size in the space of 1 week.

Going back to the vets tonight, they want to give her tablets but I don’t know how she will swallow them. I don’t think she could swallow liquid right now.

Shall post later and let you know how she is.

Claudia is really ill, she has an infection/abscess on her tooth, and because of her age and the fact that is came so quickly the vet thinks there might be underlying problems. Am really worried, I know she is old and the inevitable will happen but I cant bear the though of losing her.

It sounds really stupid but this cat is my soul mate, says the woman who doesn't believe in getting silly about animals. Also I have no idea how I'm going to afford the vets bills, oh well something will happen.
